Pipeline’s quoting software shows the difference between your selling subtotal after discounts, excluding VAT, and your line costs. Selected optional extras and multiple-choice items are included in the calculation, with profits shown in green and losses in red.

Retail View for customer conversations
Switch on Retail View when adding, editing or viewing a quote to hide cost inputs, cost columns and margin summaries while keeping selling prices visible. Your saved costs stay intact, and customer quote links and PDFs never include internal costs.

Start in Retail View
Enable Default to retail view in Quote/Invoice Settings so every quote opens with costs and margins hidden. Only staff with the Quotes View costs & margins permission can see the toggle or reveal those figures.
The quoting options save me a lot of time. Instead of sending several quotes at different prices, I can give customers choices within one quote.
